Partner IX Peering

The remote IX partner service allows LU-CIX and IX partners connected networks to peer* with each others (including the route servers), without becoming a member or a direct customer of this partner(s).

*IP (BGP) peering between Internet Service Providers who are connected members/cutomers of LU-CIX or of IX partners.

BNIX

The remote BNIX peering allows LU-CIX members to peer with BNIX clients (including the route servers of BNIX).

The bandwidth usage is contractedly limited to 2 Gbps per member.

"Try&Buy" offer

A 6 months free of charge "Try&Buy" period is proposed to any member.

After this period, in absence of a 14 days prior termination notice, the member will be tacitly committed for the following 12 months (called "initial period") and the service will be invoiced as follows: installation 250 € & annual service fee 600 €.

After the "initial period", the renewal will be tacit on the anniversary date (start date of the initial period) for 1 year, cancellable on the anniversary date with a 2 months' prior notice.

The remote ECIX peering allows LU-CIX members only to peer* with ECIX members (including the route servers of ECIX).

*IP (BGP) peering between Internet Service Providers who are connected members of LU-CIX or ECIX in Dusseldorf and/or in Franckfort.

France-IX

Remote France-IX peering

The remote France-IX allows LU-CIX members only to peer* with France-IX members (including the route servers of France-IX).

*IP (BGP) peering between Internet Service Providers who are connected members of LU-CIX and France-IX.

This service is offered to LU-CIX ASBL members without additional costs.

The remote France-IX peering service is offered to LU-CIX members without additional costs. The bandwidth usage is contractedly limited to 100 Mbit/s per member.

VoIP-X

VoIP-X allows telephony providers to exchange voice traffic over the LU-CIX shared infrastructure using the SIP protocol.

General notes:

Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT and are subject to LU-CIX ASBL General Meeting final approval in June 2024.

Payment by card (excepted AMEX) is possible upon prior request to asbl-finance[at]lu-cix[dot]lu; a 2.6% service fee will be applied on the VAT included invoice amount.
