Cegecom S.A. is a fully-owned subsidiary of artelis s.a., created in order to respond in an optimum manner to the growing demands of a rapidly developing market.
The majority shareholders of artelis s.a. are VSE AG (based in the Saarland, with 53.05%) and Cegedel S.A. (based in Luxembourg, with 27.50%). The financial partners are Saar LB (Saarbrücken, with 10%) and BIP Investment Partners (Luxembourg, with 9.45%).
